1. There are requirements by age 13+, 16+, 18+, 21+; ask the Administration for clarification.
2. All participants must provide their own historical(ish) footwear.
3. All participants must commit at least 2 hours total.
4. All participants will create a character sheet explaining origins to within a time period of fair 1590 CE - 1600 CE (1590 = 2000, 2016 = 1596, 2020 = 1600, restart cycle 1591 CE)
5. All participants will be fed, and hydrated.
6. All participants get into the fair free.
7. All participants follow the rules of the Shire and of their Lord Captain.
8. All participants incorporate fun and historical learning for the communities children.
9. All participants will follow a kid friendly PG-13 rating.
10. All participants give to their community by sharing talents they possess.
