Quests are what the Shire clerk gives a new worlder in order to receive a stamp of our support for their quest. There are two types of quests a new worlder can take. One for knighthood or Ladyhood, and one for citizenry of Hillshire. In order to get our stamp we can require certain things be done, such as a quest.
